OSF – MI-Gioco Project for children

The Giorgio Deiana Foundation is pleased to continue its collaboration with Opera San Francesco per i Poveri (OSF), an organization founded in 1959 by the Capuchin Friars of Viale Piave in Milan, also in 2025.  The donation made by the Giorgio Deiana Foundation to OSF for 2025 will support the “MI-Gioco” project, dedicated to children with psychological difficulties.
The project offers a comprehensive care and support pathway (from assessment to treatment) for children with psychological, behavioral difficulties, or suspected neurodevelopmental disorders. Managed by the OSF Psychology and Psychiatry Service, the project relies on a qualified network of external professionals and currently involves over 300 children. This initiative represents a fundamental point of reference for families facing various difficulties, offering concrete and targeted support to address a path followed by professionals.
For over 60 years, Opera San Francesco has been trying to support those in need with its services, offering meals, showers and changes of clothes, medical care, but not only. In fact, many also seek to regain their dignity and autonomy with a job and a real home, and OSF accompanies and guides them in this difficult recovery.
OSF relies on donations to implement commitment and professionalism with the work of the organization’s many volunteers, creating a “chain of goodness” in the Franciscan spirit of service and help to others. Official website:
